Comfortable rooms, convenient amenities, with helpful staff like concierge Roger making our stay easy for my mother who uses a walker and couldn't use stairs, while enjoying the delightful spa treatments available on site.

I loved how close the hotel was to the enchanting Everglades Historic House and Gardens, just over a kilometer away, which made for a lovely afternoon stroll. The breathtaking Three Sisters were only about a 4.5 km walk, providing stunning views in the heart of nature. my stay was particularly delightful with a comfortable room and a fantastic buffet breakfast that gave me energy for all my city explorations.

Our stay was marred by multiple issues. The air conditioning in our room was freezing, leading both my child and I to catch colds. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent and the sink setup was impractical, making basic tasks like boiling water difficult. To top it off, we ordered an allergy-free meal for my child, but it was contaminated, causing a serious allergic reaction that forced us to rush back to our room for medication.

The beautiful grounds and stunning views made me feel like royalty in my own fairytale. The light-filled reception area wrapped us in warmth, perfect for leisurely strolls with my family. Accessibility was superb for my needs as a senior.

More seating options near dining areas would help.

we had a wonderful stay at mgallery. the staff and customer service were amazing! everyone, from the check-in desk to the bar staff, was consistently friendly. the beautiful location made our Christmas in July even better. our kids loved the many activities available, including the fantastic pool and movie nights. the concierge had great local tips as well!
